Today, 7 of our cadets participated in the Captain's Ball Competition organised by RGS. They are, Kush, Zulhilmi, Yue Long, Alastair, Jorge, Bryan and Chang Pang.
Well, during the game, Zulhilmi and Jorge were the captain's(stand on the chair), Kush and Chang Pang were defenders & Yue Long, Alastair and Bryan were the attackers. In the end, we came in 5th position among about 20 schools. We also received a Certificate of Participation.
We learnt that height does not matter when playing Captain's Ball. For example, when we played against the players from Raffles Institution and Hwa Chong Institution who much taller than us, we did fairly well. The trick is to strategise your moves and have fun. So, we hope that in the following competitions, we will do much better.
