Teamwork is about working as one spirit. without teamwork,we couldn't go as far. Working as a spirit will then bring us to a far stat and better acheivement.
Working together. Not being selfish as to do everything yourself. Together, teamwork can achieve more then just one person could do.
E.g: Recently our cadets won the race in the inter unit game. Without the effort put in by all of them, the mind of "we have to win the race" we couldn't have achieve a 2nd position. Once again, this is about teamwork.
Without teamwork, is nothing even if you achieve the best of all. If one of your member is not working, you teamwork will be a failure

I Agree Mr Syed.....Teamwork is the ability to work as a group toward a common vision, even if that vision becomes extremely blurry.
