Important Announcements for ALL!

Hi cadets, hope the past 2 days of training have taught you many new skills and knowledge. I've got a few important announcement for all the levels.

For Sec 1s:

• Please note that you are required to attend the Road Safety Park training on 10 Jun 09 (Wed). This is a compulsory visit for all Sec 1s (Sec 2s NO NEED to attend). Please check the consent forms for the attire as well as the time to meet :)

For Sec 2s:

• All are required to attend SANA Course on 12 Jun 09 (Fri) @ 7.45 am @ SANA Headquarters (in front of Seng Kang Compass Point). Be in your NPCC T-shirt & black track pants as well as bring along your thermometer & writing materials. DO NOT BE LATE! Please note that the course have been paid by NPCC HQ and absentees without valid reasons will be required to compensate for the course.

• For Total Defence Silver Badge - As explained during the lecture, you are required to choose any one component stated on the paper as your individual project. Due date is 29 Jun 09 (Mon). Any late submission will not get the badge! The project is out of 50 marks - 30m for content & 20m for presentation & creativity.

For Sec 3s:

• As briefed regarding your National Heritage Board (NHB) badge, groups must consist of maximum 4 members. Each group can choose to do on Southern Ridges either through (1) Board/Card Games (2) Tourist Brochure (3) Historical Research Project or (4) Learning Trail Booklet (for students between 12-14 yrs old). Submission date is 29 Jun 09 (Mon). This project is out of 50 marks - 25m for content, 20m for presentation & creativity and 5m for teamwork.

That's the update for now. Please make sure that all of you take care of your respective attendance because those cadets with poor attendance will be required to go for detention and your parents will be called up for a meeting with the teachers as well.
